新澳门六合彩开奖网

新澳门六合彩开奖网 is seeking parents / carers to join a working group to get feedback on 新澳门六合彩开奖网鈥檚 Newborn Early Warning Trigger and Track (NEWTT2) tool.

The NEWTT2 framework and tool are mainly for use by staff who take care of babies in postnatal care settings including the delivery suite, postnatal ward and transitional care unit. They help staff to identify babies at risk of deterioration and provide steps on how they should respond when needed. For example, the tool will produce a score that helps teams of staff to identify who is responsible for next steps in the baby鈥檚 care and when this should be done.

The framework and tool were launched into neonatal units in January 2023 and the purpose of the group is now to think about how to share what the tool can do and then evaluate its effectiveness in reducing deaths and improving outcomes.

Parent/ carer volunteers will be asked to give their views on what they think are the most important parts of the tool to look at as part of the evaluation.

It is envisaged that this work will take approximately two years with virtual meetings approximately 2-3 times per year of 60-90 minutes. Parents/carers may also choose to join smaller working groups that will focus on more specific parts of the evaluation, based on their interests and experiences. Work is voluntary without remuneration.

To apply please email b[email protected] and include 1-2 paragraphs expressing your interest and why you鈥檇 like to be involved by 5 February.
